      I'm not a pro, not even good by any means, but out of fighting games, SFIV is really good. Found myself playing SFIV more than SF5. Artstyle of the game is in a way timeless, gameplay is pretty fast-paced, menus are outdated, singleplayer content is almost non-existant and online has only a few world class supermegastar players left to bully. Roster has Dudley! - overall is better than SF5's roster, I'd say. In any case, for a couple euros, it's an excellent purchase. I can recommend, even just to try! SF5 Champion Edition also is only around 6 euros in this day and age, but has an active playerbase.
