Good game~ The story is intriguing and good, a police-detective game. The main plot is fine, nothing out of this world within the genre, but it's the way our protagonist, Sam, sees and arranges the clues on his mental blackboard that makes it incredible and attractive. About the story: Our protagonist returns to his hometown where he will relive the past, mainly to reunite with those who gave him the reasons to leave in the first place. He's going to have to reconnect with a lot of people after the exile he imposed on himself, and all of this begins with the wake of his former best friend. There are things, events, that don't add up, and it's Sam who will investigate what really happened... but it won't be easy. About the gameplay: The decision-making didn't seem very broad or punishable to me; I feel like it was all very flat and easy enough for the game itself. There are some puzzles that are very interesting. Visually speaking: I think the only point that didn't quite click for me are the graphics. I found many of the faces and expressions ugly, the textures odd, and sometimes it was a bit broken. But when Sam was in action in his mental palace of ideas, everything seemed beautiful to me; I think that was the entire graphics budget. The interpersonal relationships that revolve around Sam and the town itself, telling their stories and tragedies, are particularly noteworthy. Perhaps the game could use a little more time to delve deeper into these connections.
